FLORA (phase1) is a short life project which is looking at producing a set of recommendations for the future of digital exams.  Once approved by the Project Board these recommendations will be taken through the University committee process which begins with the Digital Estate Programme (DEP).  We anticipate taking our initial business case to the DEP in the second half of 2024.

Working closely with the Project Board the project team have been consulting academics, students and professional staff across our institution, plus consulting with other UK institutions.  This work is building on the knowledge gained from assessment and exams analysis work done through 2023.
