A project to
set out a vision of what the student needs will be in 2020
overview all existing TELS services and set out a 5 Year Plan to strengthen our portfolio of services with replacements or upgrades of existing tools, and the development or acquisition of entirely new tools, so we can make the vision happen
This will be a TELS team led initiative, working with colleagues in LTW, with no technical input required from other IS colleagues.
