Priority and Funding

 This is a funded project with IS Apps priority 2.  It is a compliance project as its completion is required for the Timetabling service to continue into 2014/15.

Impact and Dependencies

This project has an external dependency on reconfiguration and delivery of incoming academic and non-academic datafeeds, which is being delivered as a separate project.

The project takes place alongside an Upgrade to v3.10 of  the Enterprise applications.  While neither rolling forward of the SDB, nor switching over to the next academic year are directly dependent on any component having been upgraded, this project must take into account scheduled upgrade tasks and ensure both resource availability, and the versions of each component available in each environment.
