The College of Medicine and Veternary Medincine (MVM) orginally opted out of using the Timetabling software due to the high level of service provided through the dedicated MVM student portals (EEMeC and EEVeC). 

This project seeks to integrate MVM processes and systems with the Timetabling software and processes so that the College can reap the benefits of having a timetabling solution while maintaining the level of service offered to students via EEMeC and EEVeC.

The original Scope for the project was to introduce a one way feed from the MVM Room Booking system into the Tiemtabling system, in order for utilisation of rooms to be reportable from the Timetabling software.

After consultation with the College a more beneficial approach may to be integrate Timetabling with the EEMeC and EEVeC portals.  This project will undertake an appraisal of the integration approaches and deliver the integration identified.
