The project, agreed between CHSS and IS over a year ago, is to prepare for the LLC School relocation to 50 George Square in spring 2014.

There are 8 class libraries involved, not including IMES and Celtic & Scottish Studies.

The first stage was for the subject areas to select material they wish to keep in the new LLC UG Resource Centre in the new location.

The second stage was to do bibliographical checking of the remaining stock and select material for the Main Library. A total of about 7,800 unique items (i.e. not found in the Catalogue) have come to the ML.

L&UC will do the next stage, to catalogue and classify these materials. This will run till Summmer 2015
