Desktop Service plan to upgrade the windows supported desktops to Office 2013 over the second half of 2014. They will upgrade the students labs over the summer with a target completion date of end of August 2014.  Staff machines will be upgraded shortly after this. The scope of the project is to test the deployment of Office 2013 to both students and staff, test the integration with other desktop products, produce training and support materials, prepare support staff for the launch and communicate the changes to the user community.
