The CSE (Customer Service Excellence) Standard was gained by Help Services in November 2014. In order to continue holding the Standard, Help Services has to comply with assessment on a rolling programme. The first year is known as Rolling Programme One. For this assessment we will be assessed against 19 of the 57 elements plus the 4 areas where we only gained partial compliance in the Standard in 2014.
Assessment will take place on Feb. 2nd, 2016.
