The Customer Service Excellence (CSE) accreditation depends on a rolling programme of yearly assessment. G4S Assessor will visit us again on 2 February2016 for our first assessment since November 2014 when we gained our CSE accreditation. This time, Site libraries will be visited by the assessor.
Allyson Hayes, the lead for the project, has now retired. Karen Bonthron will lead the project ongoing and ask for new staff volunteers to take the project onwards.
