Issue: Status is AMBER because final milestones have had to be pushed back by a few weeks. This extension of the milestones is because of the work required to complete negotiations with the vendor taking longer than originally estimated. This is reflected in the revised milestones, which are awaiting agreement with the project stakeholders.
