Resources, Skills and Costs

Following work done by EDINA to complete a similar task, this project is seen as a straightforward piece of software development which can be developed using in house skills. UAT will be carried out by Damon Querry , RIS Manager.

Funding has been secured from the following departments - 

• Communications and Marketing - 43%
• Senior Vice President - 43%
• ISG Apps - 14%

Project Governance

The project team will meet on a regular basis (to be decided within the team) to: 

• Review progress in relation to the project plan and key milestones 

• Review any emerging issues 

• Review the project risk register 

• Confirm activities for the following period 

This project will follow the standard project governance in Project Services.

Any changes to major milestones (Initiation, Planning, Delivery, Closure) will be approved by the Project Sponsor, Project Team and WIS.

Major milestones achievements and changes will be submitted to WIS for approval/noting as necessary.
