This project follows on from USG019 Development & Alumni CRM deployment which migrated the D&A CRM to the cloud, developed integrations and front-end interfaces. This project closed in March 2023 with some additional functionality items (Should) remaining to be added. Since then, a list of change requests and improvements has also been gathered by D&A. This project has been assigned a small amounts of funding this session to carry out as much of these items as possible. The list has been prioritised by D&A and implementation will proceed in an Agile way to address as many items as can be done within the budget constraint. An follow continuous improvement project is planned for next session (24/25) and will deal with any items left on this list and/or any new request for change from the users.
