Achievements this period

The first stage in the project is to gather information about the market sector to better understand the options available. Work on this has begun, over November we have:

  • Contacted a number of suppliers including Microsoft and IBM Watson. Arranged meetings to discuss project.

  • Attended the AI.Tech World conference in London. Met with suppliers and customers in other industry sectors to discuss the potential of a bot service.

  • Started review of data sources currently held in IS which could be reused for this project.

  • Complete subject investigation and produce recommendation report.
  • More detail on pilot service
