Ensures all developer and peer tester activities have been completed prior to the PPBR. Provides continuity for later stages in development life-cycle |

Resource the Primary Developer, Peer Tester, and DBA Resource |

Developer(s) |
Must check their work against the SDS and Applications Division standards |

Must notify the project manager that code has gone to Peer Testing |

Peer Test Developer(s) |
Must test the application against the SDS and Applications Division standards |
|
Must inform the project manager of any rework required |

|
Development Technology Administrator |
Must ensure database standard compliance. Checks whether TAD reflects BUILD and whether the DEV Environment reflects requirements. |
