561 Polopoly users complete an estimated 223379 actions within Polopoly per month.

If 20% of the total actions are adding, removing or moving an element, these specific tasks give a sub total of 44675 actions.

If the proposed enhancements reduce the response time for these tasks from 5 seconds to 1 seconds each (a saving of 4 seconds), total time saved per month will be around 49.5hrs (2 days of user effort per month).

Based on a starter Grade 6 salary of £13.84 per hour, this would potentially give saving of £685 per month or £8220 per year.

Working through fixes and testing will impact on the status of the Polopoly TEST environment. This will have a knock on affect on the regular monthly training schedule. As such any unavailablity of TEST needs to be clearly communicated to the Programme team.

Y -  Polopoly training will be avioded between 07/12/12 and 28/01/13.
