Project Brief

The current search within Polopoly has limited functionality and isn’t easy to use, so there is a requirement to improve it.

The current search features are spread over a number of different tabs. All searches cover all content (of certain type) within the system and there is no way to filter results for content within specific sections of the system. Users cannot search articles, sections and media bank resources at the same time.

This proposal is for a project to complete initial research to look at where the search within Polopoly could be improved, and to then have a checkpoint and agree what developments could and should be implemented to improve on the current search.
