Progress Report
Arthur summarised project progress:
- Initial upgrade date on 3rd Dec 2013 postponed due to performance issues with spaces that used was having an adverse effect on the service as a whole - this has now been resolved
- Revised proposed upgrade date of 3rd – 5th February
- Wiki ug, space owners and IT forum informed about postponement and revised upgrade date, no objections
- Delivered road shows at KB, GS and Moray house – positive feedback
- UAT almost complete – issues with creating and editing skins using theme builder
- Theme builder fix in place and in the process of testing, hopeful that TB will be in-place, working with and communicating with TB users
- No-one in the use group is using the API at the moment

Comments, issues, discussion
editor
Arthur has enabled the source editor in TEST. This could be enabled in LIVE at a later date, outwith the scope of the project
Tables are hard to control in the WYSIWYG editor. There may be a new table macro to use instead.
ACTION Toby will email details to Arthur who will open a JIRA to look at this.
RSS
Christina reported that it's possible to have an RSS feed for a wiki space if you set the space up as a blog.
It's not possible to pull RSS into the wiki at the moment.
Future of this group
It was agreed that it would be useful for this group to have a life after the project, particularly as another upgrade may be only a year away.
The next meeting has been arranged for 24/2/14 and there may be time at that meeting to look at new plugins and features such as team calendar and scaffolding.
