Achievements this period

• Resolution of JIRAs impacted by upgrade - fixed and tested, including involvement from IS Helpline and key resource
• Email portlet issue being investigated
• Implementation plan updated with additional rollout tasks required
• Re-deployment activity completed on 19th July to Group A servers, upgrade now available to MyEd Users
• SVN to GIT documentation underway

Issues

• Due to performance spikes the project team agreed to delay rollout to Group B Servers until key Development Technology resource back from annual leave this is planned for 10th August
• Revised milestones to be confirmed for Deployment Review and Closure
• Project has been highlighted to the IT Readiness project
• Project budget has reviewed / agreed by DTI Senior Supplier notified to CIO of change of budget.

The project status is currently AMBER due to completing group B Servers upgrade activity and delay to sign off Deployment Review and Closure milestones which are being rescheduled
