Achievements this period

  • Email portlet issue being fixed however have put place an interim solution to O365 - IS Helpline are aware of this intermediate state
  • Post -live Implementation plan updated with additional rollout tasks required
  • Resolution of remaining  JIRAs
  • Re-deployment activity to complete for Group B Servers successfully deployed on 10th Aug
  • Portlet deployment for Library, Survey, Optin/OptOut and Staff Details completed successfully on 17th Aug
  • Handover to support completed
  • SVN to GIT documentation completed
  • Review of outstanding JIRAS to be estimated for a future small enhancements project

Issues

  • Revised milestones to be confirmed for Deployment Review and Closure
  • Key remaining JIRAS to be fixed and deployed are Email  and chost - date to be arranged and agreement from Special CAB
