This project has returned to green status because the Recommendation Report was approved in early February and we have moved forward with the contract discussions. Remaining milestone dates were updated upon approval of the Report and we are on track to meet those dates. The delays did reduce the time period available for Phase 1 of the implementation project, but the scope is being adjusted accordingly.
