  • Finalised Statement of Work for Phase 1 (through 31 July)
  • Received Project Board approval for high-level implementation plan

Issues

  • The supplier needed extra time to review the contract and reconcile the terms with their subcontractor; this has led to additional delays, but the major issues have been resolved and we expect to sign the contract by 14 April. Milestone dates have been updated accordingly.
