Achievements in Last Period

  • Held extensive discussions with the supplier about contract details, pricing schedule and hosting platform options
  • Resolved supplier's issues with the subcontractor terms

Issues

  • A new issue was identified around the hosting platform specifications, so additional due diligence was required to ensure we will have flexibility in the technical architecture while still remaining within the University's allocated hosting budget. This caused further delays, but the issue is now resolved and the contract should be signed by 7 May.
  • Sheri Harrison's last day at the University is 30 April; Zak Stark (and Stratos Filalithis, as needed) will handle the remaining administrative tasks for this project.

  • Get approval from Procurement on final pricing schedule (in progress)
