  • Revised SOW with new Scrum training supplier and chose training dates
  • Agreed approach for incorporating basic Agile tenets in Design System project
  • Drafted portfolio management process diagram
  • Continued analysis of project intake forms and procedures
  • Worked with Service Management to set up a new WAC project template in Jira

  • Long delays with Scrum training supplier have affected our abillity to address certain process improvements; we have engaged a different supplier
