Achievements in Last Period

  • Completed remaining discovery sessions with WAC teams around internal processes
  • Held initial session with WAC management team to begin discussing long-term vision
  • Spoke with Sonia Virdi and Duncan Stephen about using Service Design methodology for this project
  • Analysed project request and evaluation processes in use across WAC
  • Researched potential suppliers of Scrum training
  • Continued work on stakeholder analysis and comms plan for this and closely related projects
  • Separated out the Design System as an independent project
