  • Conducted Scrum pilot for the Short Online Courses website, including retrospective
  • Continued discussion with WAC managers about the strategic approach to this initiative
  • Evaluated Trello as a task tracking tool
  • Continued work on comms plan for this and closely related projects

  • Finalise Scrum training syllabus and schedule new training dates
