  • Wrote user stories for intake process pain points and set up a Jira project
  • Began streamlining Unidesk queues
  • Spoke further with Scrum training supplier about customising our course
  • Scheduled strategy session with WAC managers about future WAC service offering
  • Continued work on comms plan for this and closely related projects

  • Scrum training dates still not agreed, due to supplier availability issues
