  • Continued discussions with Scrum training supplier, escalating the issues to their customer service manager
  • Refined user stories for intake process pain points
  • Conducted strategy session with WAC managers about future WAC service offering
  • Continued work on comms plan for this and closely related projects

Issues

  • Long delays with Scrum training supplier have extended our timeline for process improvement; we will now consider a different supplier from the original bids

Next Steps 

  • Revisit Scrum training ITQ bids and re-evaluate other suppliers
  • Hold additional strategy sessions with WAC managers about future WAC service offering
  • Begin outlining project intake evaluation criteria
  • Begin evaluating the existing Jira workflows
