Achievements in Last Period

  • Revisited Scrum training ITQ bids and chose another supplier
  • Held additional strategy sessions with WAC managers about future WAC service offering
  • Began outlining project intake evaluation criteria
  • Evaluated the existing Jira workflows and requested a new WAC project template
  • Continued work on comms plan for this and closely related projects

Issues

  • Long delays with Scrum training supplier have affected our abillity to address certain process improvements; we will now engage a different supplier

Next Steps 

  • Finalise SOW with new Scrum training supplier and choose training dates
  • Draft portfolio management process diagram
  • Determine information to capture for project intake
  • Audit existing user journeys to find WAC services and help content
