Achievements this period

  • React upgrade on DEV completed
  • uPortal upgrade on DEV has progressed well and is currently being tested before pushing onto TEST.

Issues

  • Milestone changes completed and approved by project team and WIS. This project will carryover into 2021/22 by 1 week to cover the DSOR and Closure period.

Next Steps

  • Complete the uPortal and JDK upgrade on DEV
  • React, uPortal and JDK upgrade to TEST complete
  • Integration testing complete for React, uPortal and JDK
  • UAT to commence

There is still significant work to complete in 2020/21 (Integration, UAT and deployment) and although the project team is confident this can be achieved and resourcing is assigned, the risk remains that there could be additional carryover into 2021/22 to complete the project.
