Achievements in Last Period:

• Change record raised for the extension to project scope - the adding of a warning banner to external eMails containing URL's.
• Analysis on the tuning of mailboxes and mail-flow for security has been concluded. Testing is scheduled to take place.

Issues:

• No forward plan to compensate for loss of the Project Manager in January (reason for reporting a RAG status of Amber).
• Initial milestone not met with some slippage encountered due to staff bereavement. The plan is recoverable over the longer period.

Next Steps:

• Continue to undertake further analysis and report findings in accordance with the plan.
• Communications are to be issued  to ISG groups in the first instance in advance of implementing the warning banner change.
