Tightening access controls on Office 365 admin accounts is approximately 80% complete.
Scripts have been written and tested in running delete rules which allow for auto-forwarding of eMails. Users would be advised that rules are deleted but there is nothing to prevent re-keying other than through education. Proper timings on the frequency in which scripts should be run is to be explored as a follow on action.
Issues:
Competing demands with staff absence and project resource focused with priority on student elections has hampered accurate status reporting.
