Achievements

The project brief has been completed and has been sent off for signing off to the Project Sponsor, Rhian Davies.

 

Issues

Brief has not been signed off.

PM has gone ahead and started interviewing Program and Portfolio Managers as part of the projects. These meetings were set up with the expectation that the brief would be signed off before the meetings.

 

Next Steps

Await sign off and continue doing interviews that are already arranged in diary.
