Types of training available

The ISG PMO team provides a variety of training courses and workshops in practical project management skills for staff and students across the University.

Training is focused on providing attendees with a general understanding of project management terms and processes, plus practical skills and tools/templates that can be put into practice on their own local projects.

Examples of Practical Project Management training we can offer:

• Full day classroom-based with group exercises
• 4 x 1 hour online bite-size lunchtime sessions
• 1.5 hour online or in-person workshops with interactive polls and exercises
• Custom courses, workshops & lectures
