Project work itself going well and to schedule. However, problems with viewing whether the Project Archivist salary (main spend for grant) has come out of the grant on People & Money is causing problems in terms of planning for the last quarter of the project - there is no way of seeing whether the budget is on track (according to P&M, only travel expenses have come out of the grant). This has been queried with the Research Office and with finance colleagues, but no response on when this will be available to view on P&M (the system needs a further level of functionality - "cost uploaded"? - for anyone to be able to see this). Without being able to see spend, we will not be able to plan the last part of the grant.
