Achievements in the last period

• EDINA Drupal archive received and re-created.  EDINA feed scripts received and knowledge transfer completed.
• TAD reviewed within project and circulated for external QA.  
• Use case and persona elaboration completed and received from Web UX team.  
• ESPA funders have agreed overall objectives for website.  
• ESPA stakeholders have agreed draft prioritised requirements to meet these objectives. 
• Timescale for IS team analysis of these requirements and response re feasibility agreed with customer &  CR raised.

Issues

• Issue - Completion of Discovery/Analysis milestones delayed due to delay in access to EDINA Drupal instances and scripts.  This access has now been gained and knowledge transfer completed.   

Next steps

• Respond to definitive prioritised customer requirements.  
• Secure approval of Technical Architecture Document.  
• Complete Delivery / Analysis milestones as per CR #5 (approval by WIS expected 04/08/17).
• Replan detailed incremental delivery of project on that basis. 
• Begin first development increment.
