Special CAB - Potential Delay to Go Live - A submission was made to the Special CAB to progress to Go Live on 13th March. It has been proposed this is extended out further to 22nd March. See issue 5
Telephone and Student email data - Resolution of how this data will be gathered has been been challenging. Two solutions are now being reviewed however the data will not be available for Go Live. See issue 6 and 7

RAG Commentary: Issue: RED: As outlined in January a lengthier than expected period to resolve how emails and telephone numbers will be gathered impacted the resource and timeline for this project. This has been further impacted by Industrial Action and Weather events leading to an escalation of Time and Cost status. Additional scope now required to progress email and phone data has also increased impact to required resources.
