Review and re-alignment of resource / budget aligned to slippage.

Milestones have slipped due to issues outlined in JIRAS and impact of resource availability to resolve.

RAG Commentary: AMBER: The issue aligned to quality of student emails API and the problems encountered linked to undertaking daily crawls has impeded the ability to close this project. There is contingency actions in place and the impact to the current live service and users is minimal. The work required to ensure this project can meet its deliverables and close has been reviewed and approval for new milestones along with revised estimates (provided from Development) are being progressed (expected to be approved 12/10/18).

Escalated to: These issues have been escalated to Project Sponsor, Programme Manager, and Portfolio Manager and on-going work is being progressed via JIRAs.

Change Commentary: SIGNIFICANT: The change of milestone dates has been significant to this project. These are now mainly due to the quality of student emails API and the problems encountered linked to undertaking daily crawls impeding the ability to close this project. There is contingency actions in place and the impact to the current live service and users is minimal. The project is being re-planned to now close by the end of 2018. Once confirmed the updates milestone dates will be submitted to WIS for approval (excepted early October).
