Amber- Cost already reported last month- no further change now code all deployed. Additional effort around live deployment/support has meant the overall allocation for this year is at +48% (118d spent for a budget set at 80d) . Additional budget will come from the ring-fenced SSP resources. Agreed to review the final release so that lessons learned are articulated and recommendations are made to the team & Senior Supplier. Time is also amber due to delay to close project
