The main focus of activity has focused on the business case. As part of this activity, the work to estimate the kx migration has been completed
Further discussions regarding the Delivered Catering integration have directed that the project suspension be extended to the end of July

There will be no new projects submitted for 2024-2025. The only project activity scheduled for next year is

Migration of on-premise Kx environment to the supplier hosted environment

Has formal escalation taken place?: No

RAG Commentary: Issue: There is currently uncertainty regarding the delivery of the suspended project ACS043 Delivered Catering Implementation whilst further clarity is sought regarding the internal re-charging process. Impact: The programme will not deliver the planned activity within 2023-2024 and this could impact on planned sponsor funded revenue. Next Steps: Review the project status with the project sponsor in early December 2023.
