Commentary

HRS086 -  CLOSED in August following the eRecruitment Board meeting on 11 August 2015. The Board approved the Upgrade plan and the Upgrade project is being requested to start in September as USG have confirmed funding HRS084 - GREEN - Project has been rescheduled and funding assigned HRS085 - GREEN - On track to deliver to budget and schedule HRS087 - GREEN - HR Reward Calculator In Year project added to programme. The development has been completed, an EQiA completed and published and UAT completed. Deployment scheduled for the end of November as is dependent on UMP010 successfully migrating the HR pages to EdWeb.

Resources

 The 10 days showing as overbudget against AP56-049 have been moved from 15/16 into 16/17

  • Live testing has continued during August
  • Progress has been made during August
  • Now at the stage of Test Commit. The Business Lead is processing the 1 error and working through the 10 warning messages.

Issues

  • None

Next Steps

  • Business Lead will progress with the warning messages to decide on the Universities action
  • If any data files are required to be loaded will be specified and completed as required
  • First HESA return will be reviewed ready to be committed

 Achievements in This Period
  • Project started and Project Brief approved on 14 August 2015
  • Protoype was delivered to HR which helped refine requirements
  • Development of calculator was completed
  • Peer testing was completed
  • EQiA was completed and published
  • UAT was completed
Issues
  • The HR Pages migration to EdWeb LIVE by project UWP010 has been rescheduled to November so the delivery milestone for the calculator had to be rescheduled to the end of November. This delay is being used as an opportunity to get feedback on the calculator from a wider stakeholder group for any minor improvements or finessing of language they recommend. Also, if the new pay scales are agreed by November, as expected, the calculator will go live with the new payscales.
