The Programme Commentary

Overall progress within the Programme is as follows :

  • RES069 - Upgrade of model now in test environment and awaiting testing of 5.12.4, concerns that business resource may not be able to test and deployment to live therefore may have to move out and will have a knock on effect to RIS007 being unsuspended as currently scheduled until mid April 2019
  • RIS005 - ITT evaluation period has now completed and contract award pending, additional funding may be required to cover PM resource once full implementation plan is produced and an agreed date confirmed.
  • RIS006 - Progressing however some concerns around availability of testing resource due to commitments to Core Systems workshops therefore milestones may have to move
  • RIS007 - This project is now suspended until mid April 2019 as it has a dependency on RES069 delivering new project model to Live
  • RIS008 - project brief approved and analysis is underway however concerns around BA resource as currently on sick leave, review potential alternative options
