This project has been requested to make a number of enhancements / changes to the existing COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations) application by one of the systems early adopters, the CBS (Central Biochemical Research).  Since starting to use the system the CBS have changed their management structure from one manager per animal facility, to one manager per multiple animal facilities on a geographical basis as a result a requirement has arisen to address this.  Currently the COSHH application is designed to operate on one manager being responsible for a single unit.
