HR are seeking to improve recruitment at the University with the introduction of a new recruitment system which will be used across the whole recruitment lifecycle (i.e. vacancy creation, advertising, interview, selection, appointment). The system was selected under project HRS063 with assistance from a user group made up of representatives from across the University.
The aim of this project is to implement the system provided by Core International at the University.
The key objectives of the project are to:
- Install the Core International system across DEV/TEST/LIVE environments - Develop interfaces between Core and the Oracle HR System - Provide EASE authentication for staff involved in recruitment - Review and update recruitment policy and guidance
