Programme Sponsor update

At the programme meeting the project sponsor wanted the Business Lead to handle all communications regarding Testing, Training and End Users

Project Sponsor requires 3 live payrolls to have occurred before decommissioning of Albacs and the project closes, he is aware that this will have a small impact on the PM and Project Reporting.

The sponsor is aware of the Networks delay due to the start of term and the sequence of events there after.

PM to amend ASTA and  Milestones.
