• Further DDI testing complete
• Karen and John found were using some old formats on 2 of the files, once corrected, all worked as they should
• extra acceptance checks now complete

Hi Garry,

That is good news that the Bank have certified that 2 of the 3 runs in Test are that they are suitable to go Live when you are ready next year. Let me know how you get on with the 3rd run today (which you have now corrected and expecting for the bank to confirm that run this afternoon) please?

Please update me with your progress having what I have written here and in the 2 emails below are correct and up to date?

If you have completed all your tests than I would like you to sign off User Acceptance Testing as complete

I know that you are not in on Monday, but if Alister or Glenn needs to speak to anyone in Finance then John will be covering for you.

Hi Anne,

We have now completed full tests on each Service User Number and these tests have been sent to bacs for checking and approved. Bacs have set up the live environment for each of our Service User numbers 800472, 999518 and 801874 I am happy to sign off UAT on this.

Just want to check that I had included everything in my email last week regarding our conversation with your Acceptance Testing.

1              Have you heard back from Glenn for the item of clarification  you were looking for?

2              Alister had confirmation from Glenn that Bottomline do not provide the scripts, so Alister will sort then out himself this week or on the Remote Access Installation on Monday 21st

3              Regarding Monday 21st -  Live will be installed, but will not be access-able until we want it to be in January. Alister  will not set up the Live URL link until agreed in January. In the meantime Alister has stopped the Live service for C-series

4              Alister plans to complete the implementation plan this week

5.            Garry when do you expect to have completed your final additional partial Acceptance Testing this week?

Just want to confirm our conversation:

UAT has taken place this week and has included:

-              3 full end to end tests,

                >             where loaded by cash room ,

                >             signed off by Directors and

                >             sent to BACS.

                >             BACS process it in Test and replied that there were no errors.

There are 3 service users set up and the bank also wanted a full test from each of them, but it is the same whole process.

                >             This has been completed

Also there have been partial tests where the loaded approved information is not sent to the bank, but the internal process is completed.

All this work has completed successfully with a number of different users.

The full testing is complete, however Garry also wants to run a couple more partial tests early next week. Although he feels he has completed all the necessary testing.

Garry you also mentioned you were looking for something back from Glenn.

-              Alister is waiting for something back from Glenn also, however I think Glen is off to a couple of sites between 3rd Dec and 21 Dec.

Alister's query to Glenn

'Just going through the documentation that needs created for the UoE installation and I notice that there are no SQL server database backups.

Is this something we should setup or does the software do this automatically?'
