Impact

This is a core funded compliance project with a required budget of 121d.

The project timeline has been developed to enable the required final release date to be met, therefore once the schedule is approved, any changes due to unforeseen circumstances may affect dependant risks and issues.
Implementation plan designs and accompanying documentation listed in the plan before implementation can commence. Delays aligned to this would impact final release date.
Content will be spidered using web crawler and APIs, there is therefore a dependency to current and future UoE APIs.
Consultation and engagement has been built into the project timeline to ensure requirements can be established and user experience priorities addressed.
