  • Business Analysis relating to current 'As-Is' processes has been completed and is awaiting final sign-off
  • Project re-planned to accommodate additional time to complete the 'As-IS' processes 
  • Initial search undertaken to identify potential market supplied solutions 
  • Meeting with Estates MIS Programme Manager to discuss process of investigating the Estates Facilities Management system,  Archibus,  as a possible solution

  • Sign-off business analysis with regards to 'As-Is'
  • Commence business analysis of 'To-Be' requirements.  Workshop scheduled for w/c 12th February
  • Commence early market engagement of potential market supplied solutions
