The Fire Safety Unit have the responsibility of managing and monitoring activities associated with Fire risk assessments; PEEPS (Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans) and Supported Evacuation Procedures; Fire equipment; Fire drills; Fire alarm tests; Fires, incidents and fire alarm activations and Fire Safety training. This project will determine the business requirements associated with these key activities and prepare recommendations regarding an integrated system(s) solution. It should be noted that the actual selection and implementation of a potential solution would be subsequently undertaken under a follow-up project
