Achievements

  • Consultation workshop was held with selected business partners, who confirmed overall business requirements 
  • The defined business requirements were approved by the project team
  • A demonstration of a potential solution, Safety Health Environment was held on 3rd April as part of the early market engagement process
  • Discussions were held with the Estates Programme Manager regarding the scheduling of a demonstration of selected Archibus WebCentral modules. As a result a revised project plan was prepared and circulated for review
  • Project handover to the new project manager, Lee-Ann Simpson commenced

Issues 

  • The business lead has expressed concerns regarding a potential delay to reviewing the Archibus WebCentral modules and the impact of the project being extended by four week. This is currently being reviewed

  • Complete gap analysis review with regards to 
    • existing Archibus modules
    • potential market supplied solutions
