Achievements

• Completed the final business analysis which included FCS webinar and demonstration.
• Finalised business analysis outputs and prepared recommendations.
• Provided recommendations to the project team.

Issues 

• Milestones had to be pushed to allow for the inclusion of the FCS analysis which meant the recommendations were delivered later than had originally anticipated.

Next Steps 

• Final recommendations report to be distributed to the business.
• Create closure report.
• Close project.
