Achievements this period
Draft Design Guidelines have been produced and are being syndicated with Communications & Marketing.
Target operating models have been produced.
The Current URL feed from timetabling has been assessed for continued use but will be used only as a back-up should the new API feed malfunction.
Design templates have been created and these will be circulated when sign-off is received for all stakeholder groups.
Good feedback has been received from the pilot for the use cases that support screens outside larger lecture rooms (medium sized screens 22") in two locations within David Hume Tower and New College. When the new templates are adopted, the design will be rolled-out across the University.
A draft of the technology strategy roadmap has been produced and will be syndicated after the Christmas break.
Developer resources have been secured for CAHSS to continue with the adoption of the new service supporting Digital Display Content management.
